It's 4.45 p.m. on Sunday when 8 racers start Semi B with f.l.t.r. Matti Fyhr (SF, 44), "Piki" van Rossem (B, 32), Jan Korec (CZ, 179), Giovanni Montiglio (I, 17), John van Hoornaar (NL, 134), Josef Korec (CZ, 12) and Daniele Malangone (I, 205). Schöne will fall out from second position and has to retire. Korec and "Piki" are setting the pace during the whole Semi B, with Matti Fyhr (coming from the Consolation Race!) as a strong third. Struggle for the crucial rank 4 goes between Jan Korec, John van Hoornaar and the two Italians. Fyhr seems already qualified to make the move when at once he runs in problems and drops from rank 3 to rank 7. That brings Malangone in third position. When Van Hoornaar attacks the fourth place of Jan Korec, he deslots and will loose 3 laps after his car jumped over the bareer to fall on the ground. Montiglio was earlier condemned.
