IMCA Nations Cup 2002 (Ostend, August 29-September 1)
RUSSELL SHELDON'S n° 31 CHEVROLET

Russell Sheldon has the reputation to be one of the finest modelers in the world.  His WCS Nascar n°31 obtained 45 votes: 27 by the racers and 18 by the expert's jury. However, since Miskolci's old-timer car won more points than Sheldon's he eventually won the 2002 Modeler's Worlds. He mounted his splendid model car on a brand new MoMo SW2 chassis. In 2003 Sheldon and Miskolci will be again opposed to each other at the upcoming Modeler's Worlds. Other serious candidates for victory are Maya Willockx, Hugo Dekker, Matthias Parke (if he accept to make someone's cars, e.g. the cars of the Belgium 2 team) and especially Mykael Mallary from Australia.  Pics: Russell Sheldon
