Of all Fords Taurus at the start Anders Gustafson's was undoubtedly the fastest, but had both at the EuroNats and at the Worlds bad luck with stupid technical problems. Country mate Lasse Äberg entered a bit slower car which, superbly driven, finished 5th at the IMCA Euronats. Contrary to what normally happens Lasse had to start with a not already finished car, since just before the Nations Cup he was in Texas for his job.  Pics: Lasse Äberg.
