This year Belgium's Patrick Savio caused a stir by finishing second at the DTM BNL Series. It won him a selection at Belgium's A Team. Unfortunately Savio's entry stopped after 31 laps. Considering himself as a victim of bad marshalling he stopped his race to autodestruct his own car. This act was not appreciated by the other Belgian racers. Pic: Paul OWH Kassens.
